Managing Director - Michael de Bidaph

Michael has been specialising in gearboxes since the early 70s and is still a hands on member of the Gearlink team. In addition to managing the business, Michael enjoys running a very successful motorcycle racing team in the British Superbike Series - Gearlink Kawasaki, the official Kawasaki Motors UK Supersport team.

Company Secretary - Norma de Bidaph

As Company Secretary Norma assists in the day-to-day administration of the business and responding to the many emails received everyday from our customers. In addition, Norma manages the PR on behalf of Gearlink Kawasaki.

Director - Ian Yeates

Joining in 1993, Ian has been with Gearlink for almost two decades and has a wealth of experience in gearbox troubleshooting. Ian has developed a finely tuned ear for gearbox problems and road-tests vehicles to correctly prescribe a course of action. Ian looks after the day-to-day running of the business and is always ready to give expert help and advice over the 'phone.

Technician - Michael Ray

Michael has been with Gearlink for more than 6 years and is a highly skilled member of the team. Today, in addition to building gearboxes, Michael also manages the ordering of parts and accessories required for the day-to-day operation of the business. Michael is also responsible for creating customer invoices.

Main Fitter - Frankie Larmour

Joining in 2009, Frankie is the newest member of the Gearlink business. Having previously worked at main dealerships, as a fully qualified mechanic, Frank now uses his expertise for the removal and refitting of gearboxes. Frankie also lends a hand to other tasks around the workshop.

Driver - Tony Johnson

Tony joined the company over 7 years ago and is responsible for the collection and delivery of gearboxes, covering a wide area. .
